Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants consist of normal healthy volunteers without any serious medical or surgical illnesses, no allergy to eggs, and consented for two separate sessions of GES (one with sulphur colloid, one with phytate).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who have underlying medical illnesses that preclude them from undergoing procedures (including severe neurological and psychiatric conditions), allergy to eggs, and age less than 18 or above 80 years old.
