Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 yr 2. Patients with mild, moderate and severe aortic stenosis diagnosed with echocardiogram. 3. MDCT scan will be performed within a period of 3 months after enrollment in prospective cases (with informed consent) For retrospective cases : aortic stenosis (all degree of severity) with MDCT data within a period of 3 months 4. Concordance severity grading of AS
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children <18 years of age 2. Endocarditis 3. Classical and Paradoxical low flow – low gradient severe aortic stenosis 4. Incomplete / non-diagnostic echocardiographic image quality 5. Pregnant women
