Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The periodontal condition was graded as follows on the basis of the current classification method for periodontal diseases localized or generalized periodontitis of stage II or stage III with grade B or grade

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: metabolic diseases, high blood pressure, antihypertensive drug use, and 3 months prior to the study, periodontal therapy and antibiotic treatment.
