As a control group,
cold packs are devices which routinely use in patients after surgery. However,
with the limited size,
we used 3 cold packs separately for 1 patient. The compression was encouraged to performed with this device and changed every 3 hours or when the coldness was decreased.,The mobile cold compression de

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with knee osteoarthritis who undergoing unilateral TKA
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with cold urticaria Patients with peripheral vascular diseases Patients with history of thromboembolic event Patients who undergone complex TKA or had complications during surgery
