50 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 50-70 years and both sexes 2. Diagnosis of type 2 diabetes with well-controlled blood glucose based on follow-up three times of medical assessments according to medical records 3. Diabetic duration of more than 5 years according to medical records 4. Screened with the Michigan Neuropathy Screening Instrument(MNSI) and have a MNSI scroe more than and equal 2.5 out of 10 by the researcher 5. Mini BESTest less than 20.5 score 6. Able to understand the instructions by Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having a diagnosis peripheral venous insufficiency, cardiac, renal or hepatic insufficiency, uncontrolled hypertension, myopathic 2. Having central nervous system dysfunction (such as hemiparesis, Parkinson's disease, and cerebellar ataxi, vertigo (according to medical records) 3. Loss of sensation by physical examination 4. Foot ulcer by physical examination 5. Contraindication of massage such as fever, recent operation or acute injuries, skin diseases, various veins, undiagnosed pain, inflammation, osteoarthritis (medical record and physical examination) 6. Fracture of upper and lower extremities 6 months before the study by physical examination 7. Partial or complete blindness by physical examination 8. Severe auditory problems by physical examination
