Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.parent who have children with normal intelligence or mild to moderate intellectual dysfunction, who age between the 6-18 years old 2.parental age between 18 -80 years old 3.who come to meet the doctor at outpatient and inpatient department of King Chulalongkorn hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: parent who have any communication problem
