Interventions

A mechanically ventilated patients&#44
who developed one of the following event during stay in RCU 1) need for resuscitation with bolus fluid at least 1000 ml. within 2 hours or required vasoactive agents&#44
2) transfer to ICU&#44
3) cardiac arrest&#44
4) death.,A mechanically ventilated patients&#44
who had no any clinical deterioration event during stay in RCU.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged ≥ 15 years 2. Respiratory failure and need for mechanically ventilated 3. Hemodynamic stable at enrolment without vasoactive agents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy 2. Terminal illness 3. Post-cardiac arrest
