Interventions
A mechanically ventilated patients,
who developed one of the following event during stay in RCU 1) need for resuscitation with bolus fluid at least 1000 ml. within 2 hours or required vasoactive agents,
2) transfer to ICU,
3) cardiac arrest,
4) death.,A mechanically ventilated patients,
who had no any clinical deterioration event during stay in RCU.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged ≥ 15 years 2. Respiratory failure and need for mechanically ventilated 3. Hemodynamic stable at enrolment without vasoactive agents.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy 2. Terminal illness 3. Post-cardiac arrest
