Interventions

To conduct the research&#44
at first&#44
the researcher&#44
with a written letter of introduction from the Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery of Iran University of Medical Sciences&#44
refers to the community health centers and bases under the auspices of Iran University. Then&#44
through the electronic files of the community centers and health databases&#44
women between 15&#45
45 years with a history of unsuccessful pregnancies are identified and after determining entrance criteria&#44
they will be invited to participate in the study. After explaining the objectives of the study and the method of work&#44
written informed consent will be completed. Then&#44
after completion of the GHQ&#45
28 questionnaire&#44
in case of obtaining a score of 23 or higher&#44
people with mental health disorders are selected and divided into two groups of control and intervention as the method of allocating 4 random blocks. In this study&#44
70 women will be selected with unsuccessful pregnancies&#44
which are divided into two groups of control (35 people) and intervention (35 people) by random. Then&#44
the demographic information form and the perceived social support questionnaire will be completed in both groups and evaluated by interview. Both groups will be asked to attend face&#45
face training sessions. The intervention will take place in a consulting room&#44
away from the noise. Before the intervention&#44

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 15 to 45 years Not having children Literacy for reading and writing No physical or psychological illness Not taking any type of psychiatric medications Having a score of 23 or higher on the Mental Health Questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of desire to continue participating in the study The occurrence of an accident during the study period, which leads to anxiety and depression. Severe family disputes Failure to attend more than two training sessions for the intervention group
