Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age ≥ 18 years old 2. Sepsis/severe sepsis/ septic shock defined according to the SCCM/ESICM/ACCP/ATS/ SIS International Sepsis Definitions Conference 3. Community acquired infection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other type of shock (e.g.,cardiogenic, neurogenic) 2. post cardiac arrest 3. palliative care 4. incompleted medical record
