Tranexamic acid 750 mg IV bolus dose prior to skin incision then tranexamic acid 750 mg next 3 hr ,Tranexamic acid 750 mg IV bolus dose prior to skin incision then NSS 20 ml next 3 hr

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged older than 60 years undergoing primary hip hemiarthroplasty for fracture neck of femur

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - high energy trauma - pathological fracture - contraindication for tranexamic acid - accidentally intraoperative fracture require revision femoral stem - acetabulum pathology require covert to total hip arthroplasty - bleeding disorder

Blood transfusion given perioperative and post operative day1-2 CBC

Transfusion unit perioperative and post operative day1-2 CBC ,Intraoperative blood loss perioperative intraoperative blood loss by suction,Delta hemoglobin perioperative and post operative day1-2 CBC ,Total blood loss in 24,48 hr post operative day1-2 CBC ,Length of stay admision Length of stay,Postoperative complication admision, follow post op 2,6,12 weeks complication
