Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis of heart failure with NYHA functional classes of III-IV according to the International Diagnostic Classification -10, standard code I50. 2.The medical record showing the admission was due to acute decompensated heart failure 3.Those who have been hospitalized for at least 24 hours and are in a stable condition and can answer the questionnaire. 4. Can communicate with Mandarin or Taiwanese.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe diabetes, receiving hemodialysis, and diseases related to fluid imbalance (such as diabetes insipidus).
