Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.age 18 &#45; 60 years old 2.Diagnosed by orthopedist : pain at medial foot when start walking and tender at medial calcalneal tuberosity and symptoms more than 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. brain and recognitive impairment 2. Body Mass Index morethan 30 kg/m2 3. Visual Analog Scale (VAS) lessthan 2 4. recieve steriod injection or shockwave within 3 month 5. history of calcaneal fracture or foot and ankle surgery 6. systemic disorders: infection&#44; Gout &#44;Rheumatoids&#44;bone tumor 7. pregnancy 8. on pacemaker 9. Bleeding disorder: Hemophilia
