The subjects in the intervention group will perform home&#45
based inspiratory muscle training. The intensity will adjust by physical therapist monthly,The subjects in the control group will perform home&#45
based inspiratory muscle training.The intensity of the control group will not change through the whole intervention

20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with heart failure 2.Age > 20 years old 3.New York Heart Association functional class level 2-3 4.Clinical stable 5.Be able to follow instruction 6.Sedentary

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unstable angina 2.Actute myocardial infarction 3.Cardiac surgery within the previous 3 months 4.Actue decompensated heart failure 5.Diagnosed pulmonary disease 6.Exercise-induced asthma 7.Smoking 8.Unable to walk independently or using assist device 9.Inability to perform a valid baseline exercise test
