Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.adult age >15 year old 2.allergic rhinitis patients who were diagnosed according to ARIA guideline 3.active nasal symptoms more than a week
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.present with symptoms of bacteria infection 2.evidence of nasal anatomical variation or neoplasm 3.evidence of chronic disease 4.history of smoking 5.history of sinonasal surgery 6.history of nasal irrigation or topical nasal steroid spray within 1 month before study
