Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: osteoporotic hip fracture muscle spairing surgical hip approach underwent hip replacement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pre-exiting deep vein thrombosis multiple fracture bleeding disorder non-stoping anti-platelet prior surgery
