Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patients who were diagnosed with anteromedial osteoarthritic knee (Kellgren & Lawrence grade of 3 or 4) had the indications for UKA including varus deformity < 15°, flexion contracture < 15° and knee flexion at least 110°
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The patients who has psychological problem, previous knee surgery, significant hip or spine problem, or follow-up time < 6 months
