Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient was diagnosed with compressive optic neuropathy and had visual field or visual acuity abnormality. 2) Tumor compressed the anterior visual pathway including optic nerve or optic chiasm and confirmed by neuroimaging. 3) Patient is undergoing tumor removal surgery. 4) Age 18-60 years old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient with poor image quality including images with poor clarity, motion artifact, and scans 2) Patient has an unreliable preop visual acuity or visual field test which are 30% false positive, false negative, or fixation loss rate 3) Evidence of other ocular diseases such as glaucoma, or coexisting retinal pathologies that may cause the visual abnormality or affected retinal and choroidal vasculature 4) Patient with poor cooperation or sitting disability
