Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient is healthy or presented with well-controlled systemic disease (ASA class I,II) 2. Patient will undergo orthognathic surgery 3. Patient gives consent to participate this study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient has history of gastroesophageal reflux disease 2. Patient has history of upper GI tract surgery 3. Patient has history of metabolic disease 4. Patient has history of smoking 5. Patient has history of pregnancy 6. Patient is presented with uncontrolled systemic disease (ASA class III,IV) 7. Patient is presented with body mass index more than 25
