15 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria 1-Healthy patient class I & II according to ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists). 2-Patient with a need for surgical removal of at least one impacted mandibular third molar. 3-Patient age >15 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria 1-Patients with compromised medical status Class III & IV according to American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA). 2-Extreme of age >50 years. 3-When a removal of impacted tooth cause damage of adjacent vital structures. 4-Pregnant or lactating women.
