Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all patients who underwent elective cardiac surgery with generalized anesthesia and cardiopulmonary bypass in Sakonnakhon hospital from November 1, 2018 to October 31, 2019.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients with preoperative stage were ECMO inserted 2.emergency case 3.dialysis dependent renal failure 4.poor LVEF less than 30% 5.incompleted anesthetic records 6.postoperative complication with related anesthetic technique 7.death in the operating room
