group will be given "dexmedetomidine" Loading dose : 0.5 mcg/kg IV within 30 mins prepared in 0.9%NaCl in 25ml syringe (total solution = 25 ml) Maintenance dose : 0.4 mc

the final conc. is dexmedetomidine 4 mcg/ml (total solution 50ml) ,C&#45

group will be given "0.9%NaCl" Loading dose : 0.9%Nacl total solution 25ml IV drip in 30mins Maintenance dose : 0.9%NaCL total solution 50ml IV continous drip with the equivalent rate of dexmedetomidi

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age at least 65 years old undergoing cardiac surgery with CPB

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: chronic kidney disease GFR < 15 ml/min/1.73m2 Allergic to certain drug use in the research : dexmedetomidine, sevoflurane, propofol, etomidate à¹à¸¥à¸° fentanyl
