Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: difficult weaning from mechanical ventilator or still required non-invasive ventilation or HFNC following extubation more than 48 hours were enrolled into the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients had evidence of highly-drug resistant contact isololation, parenteral nutrition supplement, hemodialysis-dependent and moribund state
