Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Elective cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass assistance -Ages >_ 18 years -American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status II-III -Required central venous pressure catheter or pulmonary artery catheter insertion -Consent to participate in research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: &#45;Co&#45;existing pulmonary disease: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with Forced Expiratory Volume in 1 second (FEV1) < 50% &#45;Co&#45;existing liver disease &#45;End&#45;stage renal disease &#45;Patients with sepsis &#45;Pregnant woman &#45;Thoracic aortic surgery
