SmoothLiftin and SupErficial) combined with PIANO mode Nd:YAG laser were delivered to every participant for 4 monthly sessions.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volunteers aged 35 years old or older with eye bags

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Female volunteers who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding 2. Volunteers who used topical retinoids in the last month 3. Volunteers who received any form of exogenous estrogen in the last month 4. Volunteers who had facial chemical peeling or dermabrasion in the last month 5. Volunteers who took oral isotretinoin in the last 6 months 6. Volunteers who had botulinum toxin treatment in the periorbital area in the last 6 months 7. Volunteers who had HA, collagen or fat filler in the periorbital area in the last 6 months 8. Volunteers who had light/laser, radiofrequency or ultrasound treatment in the periorbital area in the last 6 months 9. Volunteers who had blepharoplasty within the last 6 months 10. Volunteers who had underlying photo-sensitive diseases
