Age
18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 - 90 years old 2. BMI < 35 kg/m2 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists class I - IV 4. Elective cardiac surgery 5. Undergoing CVC through the right IJV

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindicated to TEE insertion eg. central airway lesion, esophageal stenosis or esophageal varices 2. Documented extra-cardiac vascular or rotational cardiac abnormalities 3. Previously superior carvopulmonary shunt surgery or Fontan operation 4. Abnormalities of neck and chest wall eg. Klippel-Feil syndrome or burn scar contracture 5. Preoperative documented thrombosis in right IJV
