Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy volunteers aged between 40-65 years old 2.All volunteers don't have serious physical illness and mental disorder

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Volunteers who require supplements or herbs or drugs at least 2 months before participating in this study and during the trial 2.Women who being pregnant 3.Smoking more than 10 pieces/day 4.Drinking alcohol more than 5 units/day 5.Volunteers who use probiotics
