60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Both male and female 2.Age between 60-80 years old 3.Back kyphosis with cobb's angle >= 20 degrees 4. Receive information and signed consent forms

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Musculoskeletal disorders i.e. severe back pain, hip and ankle pain, lumbar spondylosis,spinal stenosis, osteoporosis. 2. Neurological dirorders i.e. stroke, dementia, peripheral neuropathy , brain tumor, abnormal movement 3.Serious medical desease i.e. coronary heart disease , heart failure , uncontrolled diabetes or hypertension, lower limb pain.
