Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients age between 2-8 years Undergoing tonsillectomy/adenotonsillectomy Under general anesthesia with oral preformed tracheal tube
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of tracheostomy Hisotry of tracheal stenosis of upper airway obstruction Anticipated difficult airway such as Pierr Robin Syndrome Patients with Down's syndrome
