HA330 hemoperfusion
-
HA330 hemoperfusion will be performed on a daily basis with a 6-
hour duration per session until 1) 7 days,
2) IL-
6 300 for at least 48 hours or 3.2) spontaneous respiration),
whichever comes first.
,Usual care will be provided including antivirals,
IV fluids,
vasopressors,
oxygenation and ventilatory support,
steroid,
antibiotics,
IVIG

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age ≥18 years 2. Diagnosed with COVID-19 by RT-PCR with ARDS 3. Admitted to intensive care unit 4. serum IL-6 ≥400 pg/mL
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Expected death within 24 hours 2. Pregnancy 3. Platelet count <30,000/uL 4. Terminally ill with DNI/DNR 5. History of allergy to HA330 filter 6. Coagulopathy uncontrolled within 24 hours 7. white blood cell count <500/uL 8. History of organ transplant
