Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who scheduled for arthroscopic shoulder surgery; age 18-80 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA PS status >3 BMI > 35 kg/m2 Pregnancy Coagulopathy Severe cardiovascular disease Severe lung disease Allergy to any experimental drug Unable to rate pain score or confusion state Surgery for joint onfection
