Conditions

Short acting inhaled bronchodilator will be permitted through out the trial. Asthma lung function exacerbation

Add on montelukast to ICS group ,Moderate to high dose inhaled corticosteroid group.

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical diagnosed asthma age >= 18 year Treated with low to moderate dose of ICS/LABA Not well control asthma (ACT score < 20 or physician diagnosed as not well controlled asthma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of severe exacerbation including hospitalization / ER visit in the precious year. Pregnancy or child bearing. Subjects who were treated with systemic steroid in the previous 6 months. Subjects who were treated with LAMA. Subjects who were treated with montelukast in the last 3 months. age >= 80 years
