Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-85 years old undergoing shoulder surgery in beach chair position 2. American Society of Anesthesiologist physical status class 1-3 3. Patients are anesthetized with general anesthesia and interscalence block 4. Elective surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient denies 2. Can not perform a cognitive test 3. Unable to apply Cerebral oximetry probe and Bispectral index probe 4. Can not anesthetize with interscalene block and general anesthesia with endotracheal tube 5. Had pre-existing neurological disease 6. Had pre-existing carotid disease 7. Anemia with hemoglobin less than 7 milligrams per deciliter
