Pain, paresthesia, hematoma Buccal infiltration

Interventions

All patients will be anesthetized buccally by local infiltration technique (1/2 cartridge) with a pressure for 1 minute applied over the injection area. Another local injection (1/4 cartridge) will be
approximately 5 minutes&#44
after the buccal injection.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients eligible for this study will include any subject with a clinical indication for tooth extraction in the mandibular 1st & 2nd premolars

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any patient with allergy for local anesthetic components, physical and mental retardation, limitation in mouth opening, chronic abuse of psychotropic drugs, as well as swelling (infection) in and around the area of injection will be excluded from this study
