Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Healthy populations – normal physical and normal eye examination (vital signs keep body temperature <37.8c &#44; blood pressure < 140/90 mmHg&#44; heart rate 60 – 120 beats/minute) 2 Age above or equal to 18 years 3 Normal range intraocular pressure in sitting position 4 Refractive error range from &#45;3.00 diopter to +3.00 diopter

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 History of systemic vascular disease&#44; hypertension&#44; diabetic mellitus&#44; cerebrovascular disease&#44; cardiovascular disease&#44; peripheral vascular disease 2 History of ocular disease that affect to visual acuity and ocular circulation 3 History of smoking&#44; 4 Contraindications to prone position (cervical spine disease&#44; cervical or back muscle strain&#44; wound at chest or abdomen&#44; history of congestive heart failure and obstructive sleep apnea) 5 Body weight greater than or equal to 100kg or BMI(body mass index) greater than or equal to 30 6 Waist circumference greater than or equal to 36 inches in male and greater than or equal to 32 inches in female 7 Corneal problems that cannot measure intraocular pressure by handheld tonometer (corneal scar&#44; corneal edema) 8 Allergy to 1%tropicamide eyedrop 9 Pregnancy
