Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age above 18 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Refractive error greater than ±3 diopters • Intraocular pressure over than 21 mmHg or history of glaucoma • Any retinal diseases (such as diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration etc.) • Any previous intraocular treatment (such as intra-vitreal injection of anti-VEGF/steroid or retinal LASER) • Any previous intraocular surgery (such as cataract surgery or retinal surgery) • Neurodegerative diseases (such as Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease) • Uncontrolled systemic blood pressure (BP ≥120/80 mmHg) • Poor quality of OCT/OCTA image due to significant media or poor subjects cooperation
