Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The older patients, 60 years old and more, who had admitted in Ramathibodi hospital ICU (3IC, 9IC and 8IK ward)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: RASS-scale below -3 (comatose status) Could not understand Thai language Patients or the relative partners denined to participate by themselves
