Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients who are elderly (≥65 years old) of both genders. patients who have less than 4 euroscore. patient without language barrier. patients who undergo cardiac operation performed under general anesthesia with cardiopulmonary bypass.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients who known preoperative cognitive disorder (dementia, cognitive impairment) patients who've got positive CAM and RASS patients who have psychiatric or mental disorder patients who have cerebrovascular disease or carotid disease patients who undergo aortic surgery patients who died intra-operatively or within the first 24 hours after the procedure and re-operative patients.
