Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with stroke who failed PMR Siriraj Swallowing Screening 2.More than 45 years old 3.Understand Thai and can communicate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Medically unstable especially respiratory problem 2.History of head or neck surgery 3.History of head or neck cancer 4.On tracheostomy 5.Decreased consciousness 6.Active clinical bleeding
