Interventions

Pelvic floor exercise at lying&#44
sitting&#44
standing and kneeling position. After completing the pelvic floor exercise the participants of experimental group will provide the core stability exercise: a) Pelvic floor muscle training The patient
12 contractions for 3 times a day. The exercise regimen will be considered as holding session&#44
starting from 4 seconds to 30&#45
40 seconds. Furthermore&#44
the contractions will be increased up to 20 contractions. Next of it&#44
the participants will be instructed to sit on a chair&#44
then slightly lean forward and contract the pelvic floor muscle and hold it for 4 seconds&#44
then relaxes. Need to repeat this for 8&#45
12 times for 3 times in a day. This exercise will be performed by the respondents from 4 seconds to 30&#45
the contractions will be increased up to 20 contractions. Then the respondents will be instructed to do the exercise in standing position. Therefore&#44
they will be instructed to stand in upright position with both knees slightly apart. Then squeeze the muscle of front and back passage such as try to stop the flow of the urine along with try to stop
12 contractions for 3 times a day. This exercise will be performed from 4 seconds to 30&#45

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Married women with age ranged 18-60 years of age. 2. Patients with mild to moderate severity (i.e., VAS 1/10 - 7/10) of chronic low back pain (> 3 months) and completed the physiotherapy course for low back pain management greater than 1 month. 3. Women with one hour pad test weight 2-20 grams. 4. Women with at least primary level of education (i.e., can understand and answer the questionnaires).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who will be suffering with other musculoskeletal conditions but not non-specific chronic low back pain. 2. Women who unable to do the exercise properly. 3. Having neurogenic bladder symptoms. 4. Having pregnancy or at the postpartum period. 5. Having urinary tract infection or pelvic floor surgery. 6. Women who will be smoker or alcoholic.
