Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: postmenopausal women or men who aged more than 65 years and were diagnosed with osteoporosis by using a bone mineral density definition of T-score ≤ –2.5 or had history of low-energy hip or vertebral compression fracture (VCF)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe cognitive and/or neurologic impairment (e.g., dementia), history of otologic disease, or severe cardiopulmonary disease whom may not be safe to perform the performance-based test were excluded.
