Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Upper blepharoplasty patients in Ramathibodi hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Tranexamic acid allergy Ptosis Pregnancy History of bleeding disorder On anticoagulant agent Uncontrolled hypertension Revision upper eye lids surgery History of thrombocytosis History of seizure Active infection at surgical site
