Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: â–ª High school students in an urban school in Nakhon Phanom Province â–ª Body Mass Index > 23.0 to 24.9 kg / m2 (overweight) â–ª Body Mass Index> 25.0 kg / m2 (obesity) â–ª The students and they family are agree to be contacted by researchers. regularly and communicate with project staff for at least 6 months. â–ª The students and they family are agree to participate in the research. â–ª The students are able to follow educational procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: â–ª The students and they family are unable or unwilling to give consent to participate in this study or study. â–ª The students are pregnancy while studying. â–ª The students who are weight loss or increase of more than 5% of body weight in the last 3 months. â–ª The students who are diagnosed with mental illness or chronic illness. â–ª The students whohave the history of eating disorders, such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, etc . â–ª The students who are using more types of supplements than multivitamin daily. â–ª The students who are current drug use related to any metabolism.
