Interventions
When volunteers in the experimental group enter the examination room,
the researcher will advise them to listen to the music,
that is their favorite music as a medium or stimulus to distract them from pain. (3 songs),
and focus on the singing,
and allow their mind to drift along with the music without paying attention to the outside environment. They will also explain how to adjust the volume up or down. ,In control group will do colonoscop

18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Patients who underwent to colonoscopy and abled to received sedatives consisting of analgesics combined with IV sedation during endoscopy. - Able to follow command and answer the questionnaire. - Agree to cooperate in this research. - Age 18 years or older but not more than 75 years old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Symptoms or health conditions that may affect research, such as very high BP. - Unable to undergo colonoscopy. - Infection of ears or can’t hold the headphones.
