30 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with age range from 30-60 years, who loss of teeth in the maxillary premolar or molar area with residual alveolar ridge height of 4mm or less as identified by preoperative panoramic radiographs were included to the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Medical compromised patients including uncontrolled diabetes, immunocompromised diseases, severe osteoporosis, history of taking antiresorptive drug or radiation, patients who were in process of malignancy therapy, drug abused patients and patients who had any infection or pathology in maxillary sinus were excluded from research.
