Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) age 18-60 years, (2) diagnosed AR from history, physical examination and positive skin prick test, intradermal test or specific IgE, (3) congestion score from TNSS ≥ 2 at this visit and VAS of congestion > 4 at this visit
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) nasal anatomic defects such as moderate to severe deviated nasal septum18, nasal polyp or tumor, (2) mucociliary clearance defects such as cystic fibrosis, (3) history of sinonasal surgery, (4) upper or lower respiratory tract infection in the preceding 1 week, (5) active smoker, (6) use of systemic steroid, oral/topical decongestant or antihypertensive drug.
