Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 2. ASA 1-3 3. Elective first time supratentorial craniotomy 4. Informed consent before surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refuse to participate 2. Chronic pain 3. Allergy to local anesthetic drug and Dexmedetomidine 4. Allergy to tramadol 5. Patient taking B-blocker 6. SBP<90 mmHg and HR <50 bpm before surgery 7. Coagulopathy 8. Scalp infection
