Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 years and older who are admitted to institutions participating in the chronic hepatitis C research project during the year 2015-present 2. Patients are treated with Direct Acting Antivirals and may or may not be combined with ribavirin.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients younger than 18 years of age 2. Pregnant patients.
