18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: advanced cancer aged more than 18 years olds pathology identify cancer advanced stage of cancer patients can read and answer Thai questionnaire Not treated by palliative care before enrolled in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients admitted in ICU within 7 days patients with endotracheal tube Glascow coma score below 8 hospital stay < 7 days Not known malignancy before curative treatment cannot communication
