Enrolled preterm infants in CPAP with invasive mode of humidifier &#44
then we evaluate nasal mucosa by digital otoscope and record temperature before applying CPAP&#44
then we record body temperature every 1 hours total 6 hours and eveluate nasal mucosa and then finish. ,Enrolled preterm infants in CPAP with non invasive mode of humidifier &#44
then we record body temperature every 1 hours total 6 hours and eveluate nasal mucosa and then finish.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Inclusion : All preterm infnts are supported with CPAP

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Congenital anormalies , Critical illness (septicemia,IVH,moderate to severe HIE),parent refuse or not to sign inform consent
