Interventions

Participants asked to jog without any breast support. ,The participants&#39
bra (any designs) which they normally wear everyday.,Jogging bra is specially designed for female wearing during exercise.

Female
Age
20 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being active lifestyle with B and C breast cup sizes (determined by an expert), Being free from any cardiorespiratory and musculoskeletal disorders, Have regular menstrual cycle, not using hormone replacement therapy, non-pregnant, non-smoking, non-alcoholic, Have no experience wearing any jogging bras within the last 6 months prior to testing, Be able to complete all three trials within three months of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cannot complete all three trials (arms) within three months of the study.
